What is WVU+kc?
The WVU Kuali Coeus (WVU+kc) is a new electronic research administration, web-based application being developed by WVU for funding notification, grant submission, administration of awards, research compliance, conflict of interest and a variety of other research administration tasks. The WVU+kc system will replace existing paper and legacy applications and be fully customizable for future research needs. The project team is building a comprehensive system to manage the complexities of research administration that fully addresses the needs from the faculty researcher through grants administration to federal funding agencies.
What’s New with WVU+kc?
- We are excited to announce that we will soon be providing sneak peeks of the new WVU+kc award module. These "First Look Fridays" will take place every Friday beginning May 24 through implementation of the new module on July 1. Each week, we will provide a glimpse of WVU+kc's award functionality and how the new electronic award notice will look. We are excited about the release of the electronic Green Sheet and look forward to unveiling its design next week!
- After May 15, 2013, the processing of new protocol activity in BRAAN will only be available for the submission of Full Board protocols.
